If you are locked out of the system due to repeated incorrect login attempts, you can follow these steps:
-
"Brute force" protection: The system has a "brute force" protection mechanism that temporarily locks down login access if more than 5 incorrect password attempts are made within a 30-minute period.
-
Contact a superuser or Bliksund Support: If you are locked out and need assistance, you can reach out to a superuser or Bliksund Support. They have the ability to reset the "brute force" protection and help you regain access to your account.
Please note that this affects all users trying to login from the same public IP as you, so you might try to login from your phones 4g/5g connection or create a WiFi hubspot from your phone .
There is also an option to whitelist specific IP´s to avoid users blocking for others at the same office IP address. Please contact support if that’s something that should be looked into.
