If you're experiencing issues with receiving notifications in the app, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Log out and then log in to the app. This may help.
- Perform an app cleanup by following these steps:
- Tap on the Menu (the three lines in the upper-left corner).
- Select Help.
- Tap on Clean app.
A successful cleanup process will automatically take you back to the login screen. If you still don't reach the login screen after performing the cleanup, please retry the process
